About Lebanon Track and Trace Requirements
Serialization is optional in Lebanon, but the country does require DataMatrix codes with a Global Trade Item Number (GTIN), batch/lot number, and expiry date. Still, the Traceability Hub will deliver end-to-end visibility into every aspect of the pharmaceutical supply chain, from the manufacturer of origin, importers, wholesalers, and distributors to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals — all the way to individual patients. Furthermore, the Hub is designed to achieve the following:
